Sample Itinerary

Day 1 : Arrival of your esteemed guests at the airport. The commute will be made through hotel transfers as well as an array of high end chauffeur driven cars for your V.I.P guests. Welcome kits to be stationed in every car along with refreshment towels (this could be in the email actually rather than here) to be provided. guests to be welcomed in Indian customary with fresh flower garlands and tikka.

Lunch to be served after which the guests are ushered to a city tour and local attractions.

Evening- Themed Engagement Ceremony: Upon the arrival of the guests at the venue, snacks and (alcohol/ soft drinks to be served). The venue for the ceremony shall be decorated with exotic flowers and lighting. The bride and the groom exchange rings which is followed by D.J spinning tracks keeping in check with the feel of the night. A Lip-smacking buffet meal as per you choice will add to the charm of the evening.

Day 2 : Start the day with a lavish spread of wholesome breakfast, after which family and close friends will train with a choreographer to perform a skit or a play of sorts conceptualizing a dream scene from a Hindi movie.

Lunch to served after which guests may relax and enjoy a swim or other recreational facilities.

Evening- Themed Mehendi and Sangeet Ceremony: For weddings happening in Goa, the party can be hosted on a cruise to give an extremely luxurious and plush feel along with transportation arranged. For inland weddings, the venue would be wonderfully theme decorated. The party commences with your family and friends showcasing their fabulous act adding to the wow factor while the bride's hand and feet are adorned with intricate mehendi designs. Delectable finger food to be served with (alcohol/ juices). Live entertainment by folk artists / DJ or musical feast of live traditional Indian music complied of the Sitar, Shehnai or Flute (as per your choice) organised adding to the merriment of the evening to be followed a lavish dinner served with wide range of sumptuous cuisines.
Day 3 : Breakfast will be followed by the the Haldi ceremony to be witnessed on by the the fairer sex (close family member and friends) in which a mixture of turmeric and mustard oil is put on bride’s body to pamper her skin, proven to cast a golden glow.

Lunch to be served after which guests could relax or pamper themselves at the saloon/ spa. Scheduled make-up and hair style appointments for the bride and family members.

Evening- Wedding: The entire party shall dress- up for the gala event; our team can provide the most splendid traditional clothing with headgears for the guests. A grand procession with traditional dancers, elephant rides and bright lights shall transfer the groom’s party in a majestic manner to the main wedding venue. The guests are welcomed most meticulously by the bride’s party at the grand entrance of the groom and shall be offered delicious snacks and tasteful drinks. The canopy and Mandap shall have a floral décor providing amazing fragrance to the ambience and the live performance by the selected musical band shall add a festive mood to the wedding. Thereafter the party shall assemble for the Varmala ceremony, exchanging of garlands which shall be followed by the main wedding ceremony the Saptpadi or Satphera. As the bride and groom shall take vows of eternal love and faithfulness the sky shall showcase wonderful fireworks casting a magical feel making it a moment to be cherished forever.

Day 4 : After a buffet breakfast, the bride and groom are whisked off to a special pampering and rejuvenation session at the spa where they can relax completely and unwind after a whirlwind of events. Depending on the duration of the treatments, a lovely spa lunch to be served to the couple organized by the pool.

Evening- Wedding Reception: After a formal welcome with rose petal showers, by all the guests close friends and family toast to the fabulous couple and shower them with blessings after which the bride and groom commence the cake cutting ceremony. A gala diner ( with live entertainment ) or a sit down dinner to be hosted.

Day 5 : After a heady breakfast, guests depart.
